The Dallas Cowboys Frisco Development Project

If you are not from the Dallas area, you might not have heard about the Dallas Cowboys moving from Valley Ranch to Frisco. Development has started for an amazing practice facility for the team in Frisco, TX. After several years in Valley Ranch, the team has a magnificent project that I will touch on. From retail to office space, this project is going to have it all.

The Star in Frisco will be part of the facility, and the total cost has already become a $160 million + project according to The Dallas Morning News. Costs are going up and construction has already begun. It is stated in the same article that the finished project will be worth $2 billion dollars, and will be along Dallas North Tollway.

Their will be 2 practice fields, tours of the facility, and office buildings that will have their back to the practice facility so they can watch America’s team go through training. The team will move their executive offices to the facility, and it will have an indoor stadium for high school teams as well. Overall the project is supposed to cover 91 acres. What is interesting is the City of Frisco will own the stadium and associated parking structure. This will allow them to have practice at certain times during the year, and a handful of events throughout the year as well.

You can expect the very best of retail, restaurants, office space, hotels, medical, and more……
